у вас даже в анализе скорости сайта ругается

значит гуглу что то не нравится... возможно на хостинге проблема

Так в том то и вопрос, я не могу понять что ему не нравится.

попробуйте хостеру задать вопрос почему не могу проверить скорость сайта

может что толковое подскажут

Почему то отображает как будто 404 ответ, хотя эти страницы существуют и нормально открываются http://prntscr.com/kievut

Зайдите в гугл ВМ.
Индекс google => заблокированные ресурсы => найдите в списке урл(ы) страниц которые реально существуют и должны индексироваться=> нажмите на неё=> выскочит окно с 3 пунктами=> вам нужен 1 и 3. 1. это посмотреть как googlebot, а 3 это проверка robots.
Проверьте таким образом 3-5 урлов.

Есть стандартный файл (чистый) htaccess?
Этот сохраните, и залейте чистый htaccess без кэширования и сжатия.
